C H Stokes Tree Surgery & Fencing recently completed a varied programme of tree work on a private estate in Stinchcombe, Gloucestershire. The job combined essential safety work with selective tree care to help preserve the health and structure of mature specimens across the property.
Storm Damage & Decay Management
Our team was tasked with addressing the aftermath of recent storms, as well as longer-term structural concerns. Key tasks included:
- Removing dangerous, storm-damaged deadwood—particularly large, hung-up limbs that posed a safety risk to people and property
- Felling decayed trees that could no longer be retained safely
- Carrying out crown reductions to manage size, weight distribution, and structural balance on several established trees
All works were completed efficiently and to a high standard, in keeping with the expectations of a large, well-maintained private estate.
