Removal of hedgerow

Removal of hedgerow and replacing with post and rail fence

This job gave us the opportunity to combine all our skills into one. Our client had approximately 70 meters of Leylandii hedging to be removed from the boundary of the property. Despite being regularly maintained they had still encroached on the garden considerably and the time had come for their removal.

Leylandii hedges are a dense growing variety that always seems to result in far more arisings to remove from the site than expected. This particular job saw us removing truckloads of waste from the site constantly in order to keep the job flowing smoothly. After the trees had been felled and removed, the next stage of the job was to remove the stumps. It was at this point that the client really got to see the scale of the encroachment of these trees into the garden. As can be seen from the before and after photos, our client regained around 4 meters of the garden along the boundary.

Hedge removed and post and rail fence installed.

The job was finished off with a post and rail fence. All in all a completely transformed landscape, and another happy customer for CH Stokes Tree Surgery & Fencing Ltd.
